Make art. Make change. make History.

We confront injustice through the power of creative expression

ART OVER APATHY

Combat Apathy provides an umbrella for social justice activism through street art, public art installations, filmmaking, graphic novels, and multi-media storytelling.

ABOUT COMBAT APATHY

THE Afghan Women’s Sports Archive

Where the power of Afghan women athletes lives on in color, sound, and story.

Learn more

The stories of afghan women athletes are stories of our humanity.

We are all connected. The erasure of Afghan women’s sports history erodes the humanity in all of us. Stifling voice, dismissing achievement, and denying opportunity is how injustice thrives. Grows bold. Spreads.

This erasure is happening. It will continue only if we give it permission.

The Afghan Women’s Sports Archive is art and storytelling that stands against injustice. Your donations will allow us to build an archive and stand against oppression in a way that cannot be ignored.

You can support the project in several ways.

Donate to help fund the first phase of oral history collection of the archive through our new crowdfunding campaign on Chuffed.

Follow and support the project on Patreon to help build the archive and be part of the storytelling community: online and in-person storytelling and behind the scenes content.

The longterm support of partners and sponsors are needed. We can accept donations through our US registered nonprofit partner the Tawana Organization. Please contact us directly for more information.
